45 MINUTES. ONCE A WEEK. THIS AUGUST. LIVE & RECORDED.
ONE GOAL: TO HELP YOU SLEEP A LITTLE BETTER
You don't have to DO anything with this.
You just have to BE in the room (or on the sofa) for 45 minutes a week.

Sleep isn't really about the number of hours on the clock, or whether you'd ever call yourself an insomniac. It's about whether your body trusts you enough to switch off. Most of us are walking round with a nervous system that's forgotten how.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF ...
You sleep fine most nights and just fancy it going a bit deeper.
You're breathwork-curious, have heard what it can do for a frazzled nervous system and want to feel it for yourself.
Your half eleven looks like mine does occasionally - scroll-and-worry, wide awake, wondering why the day won't switch off.
Every summer we say we'll finally do something for ourselves - learn the language, start the yoga, get through the pile of books by the bed. Then summering takes over. The visitors, the childcare gaps, the family you only see once a year.
Routine goes out the window - and so does the thing you promised yourself.
Summer Sleep Camp doesn't ask anything of your summer. Just 45 minutes a week, live on Sundays - and if that doesn't suit, it's recorded, so you can watch it while the sun comes up over your Tuscan villa, if that's where you happen to be (bring me!).
Sleep isn't the problem. It's the symptom.
Four weeks in you will notice ...
🫐 Your breath slowing down without you doing anything about it
🫐 The day actually staying in the day, instead of following you into bed
🫐 Your body no longer needing to stay on guard
🫐 You knowing exactly what needs your attention when September starts

👉🏻 You're exhausted all day, then wide awake half the night (even if it IS because of the dodgy Airbnb pillows cricking your neck)
👉🏻 The house is full of visitors and old family patterns you thought you'd left behind
👉🏻 You're carrying things you haven't had a minute to put down or process
👉🏻 Your routine disappeared somewhere around week two of the holidays
👉🏻 You already know September's going to need more from you than you feel capable of right now
